Celebrating 10 Years of Neighbor Helping Neighbor

Make a Difference for a Neighbor
Open Arms Mission provides help in a multitude of ways to meet the needs of our neighbors. As a weekly Food Pantry, our volunteers provide a caring, personal touch to all who enter our doors. Throughout the year, we also sponsor a variety of special programs to provide for those who might otherwise have to go without.

Spring Baskets - We provide spring baskets to area children and senior citizens who otherwise would receive nothing for Easter. With the assistance of our many volunteers, we assemble and distribute Spring Baskets to our clients, area hospitals, senior residential homes and numerous other local Social Service Agencies each year. Help bring a bit of spring cheer to our neighbors by making a donation or volunteering your time.

Help End Hunger Challenge - For the 13th consecutive year, Rhode Island philanthropist Alan Shawn Feinstein will give away $1 million to anti-hunger agencies nationwide. Through this special program, a portion of every donation made to Open Arms Mission from March 1 through April 31 will be matched. Consider making a donation or organizing a food drive this Spring!

Remember...every $1 given to Open Arms Mission can purchase 11 pounds of food.

You can donate online or by sending a check to Open Arms Mission, P.O. Box 79, Antioch, IL 60002.

Thank you. Your continued support is the success of our programs,
